With over six years of experience as a media and sports strategist, Justina Parker has become a dynamic force in shaping and elevating media and sports brands. Her expertise in creative storytelling and strategic business planning has led to successful collaborations with CEOs, executives, and Fortune 500 companies. Parker’s innovative approach has not only orchestrated high-profile events but also managed key partnerships and implemented cutting-edge processes that drive brand success.

Parker's diverse career spans across non-profits, startups, agencies, and media brands, equipping her with the unique ability to craft tailored strategies that address each partner’s specific needs. Whether championing community initiatives in the non-profit sector or navigating the fast-paced media landscape, she consistently delivers results that align with both organizational and partner objectives.

Growing up as the daughter of a coach, Parker's childhood was steeped in sports, particularly high school basketball and football . This upbringing instilled in her a deep appreciation for the sense of community and the impact sports can have beyond the court. She believes that the true power of sports lies in its ability to inspire and make a difference off the court as well.

Parker holds a Master’s degree in Sports & Entertainment Business Management from Full Sail University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Broadcast Journalism from Kent State University. As a proud Northeast Ohio native, she is dedicated to using her experience to inspire and empower young people to craft their own compelling narratives.

In addition to her professional  career, Parker is actively involved in volunteer work with Usher’s New Look and the Black Sports Proffesionals Atlanta. These roles underscore her commitment to leadership, fostering meaningful relationships, and creating positive change. Outside of work, dancing, volunteering, writing, and spending quality time with her family.
